We Made It!

Just a quick update to let everyone know that we made it safely to Shanghai. The 16 hour plane ride was actually not as bad as we thought it was going to be but the taxi ride to the hotel was a little scary. There were a couple of times we saw our lives flash before our eyes as we darted in and out of traffic. :) We went out for dinner and now it is time for bed. We leave tomorrow morning to fly to Chongqing where we will meet some of the team currently in China before driving approximately 2 hours to where the first orphanage is located. We are all looking forward to going to the orphanage on Sunday morning and getting to meet the children we have been praying for over the past few months. We ask for your prayers for the following things: quickly recovering from jet lag, safe travels tomorrow with no delays or lost luggage as well as for the relationships that we will begin to build. We will hopefully have some pictures to post over the next day or two. Thank you for your prayers!
